This a SECURITY+ MOTOR from a liftmaster model# SD2220 PART #123C0170 will fit a chamberlin, or sears craftsman MD#139.53991SRT that is a 1/2 HP SCREW DRIVE model . It has the cogged pulley and gears with belt at one end and includes the mounting brackets. Recently tested works fine no problems. (354)
